What is BlueStar Academy?

BlueStar Academy offers in-person and online training to BlueStar reseller, ISV and OEM partners. Training topics include introduction to barcoding, RFID, POS, payments networking, digital signage and solution selling. Advanced levels of these courses are also available.

What's the In-Person BlueStar Academy experience?

Training takes place at BlueStar US headquarters in Hebron, KY (just down the road from Cincinnati International Airport) over 1.5 days. Training is free to partners (breakfasts, lunch, dinner and evening entertainment are provided at no cost). Training includes technology lessons, sales lessons, BlueStar warehouse tour, and opportunities to network with your BlueStar team.

Who will benefit from BlueStar Academy?

New salespeople who aren’t experienced in the channel or with these technologies will benefit from the Intro-level training, but training can also help salespeople who are switching their product focus and sales teams that need a reset with their selling perspective.

How much does BlueStar Academy cost?

In-person BlueStar Academy is available for free to BlueStar partners. Transportation and lodging is not provided. Meals and entertainment are provided.

What can BlueStar Academy students expect when they enroll?

For the in-person training at BlueStar HQ in Northern Kentucky, students will spend a day and a half exploring topics such as Barcoding and RFID, POS & Payments, and Digital Signage, among others. Attendees will have ongoing access to online course materials, updates, and a digital community, allowing them to stay connected with BlueStar and their classmates. In the future, completely online courses will be available, as well as regional or on-site training at the partner site.
